No exchange on products. All sales are final on products after 7 calander days order has been received, unless there is a refund in process on an item.

Any missed appointments will require a full deposit for future bookings.

Any late appointments pass 15 mins will not be serviced and deposit will not be refunded. Customer will have the option of rebooking or losing deposit.
