RETURNS: Our company has a 100% customer guaranteed satisfaction policy. No full refund on any open OR used product/s. No refunds pass 7 calendar days after order is recieved. All returns need proof of purchase (receipt) for refund. Anything returned will be inspected thoroughly before a refund is processed.

REFUNDS: Once your item/s is recieved, we will notify you by email. If item/s are refundable a refund will be issued Depending on your bank institution the days may vary when your refund will go back on your method of payment used for purchase.

SHIPPING: you will be responsible for shipping fees on your return. if you are refunded, remember shipping fees are non refundable so the shipping fees will come out of your refund from the refunded order.
